Shipping is FREE for orders over R1000. This basically means that all Boxx's are shipped free of charge.
Once you’ve completed your payment kindly wait for around 1 to 2 hours for our team to verify everything is okay. We’ll email you the subscription details immediately after we complete the short verification process. If you don’t see our email in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folders.

Our Boxx’s are shipped fully configured and ready for you to plug in and start enjoying. Once connected to your TV and the internet we can assist you remotely with remote training. Just give us a call and we’ll run you through using the Boxx and all the features you have available.
Open your settings, go to the 'Misc' tab and turn the 'A switch' on. When asked, enter the pass code '9012'. This can be changed, once initially entered, by changing the password at the top of the 'Misc' section. The pass code must again be entered to view the channels.
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancelling your plan comes into effect the following month.

Firstly, restart your router as well as your Boxx. If the issue persists then your cache may be full. If this is the case, please go to settings when viewing a live TV channel, open the 'Misc' tab. At the very bottom of the list on the left hand side you will see the option to 'Clear cache'. Please go ahead and do this. Restart the app.
